First off they should have a warning sign on the door about the cats and the freaking piss smell when you walk in. I mean it was bad. I took my guinea pig there for the first time will not be back. Felt like he was really rushed and kinda rough. When I asked questions made me feel like I was wasting his time and that my questions where stupid.
Love love love Dr Cooke! He has helped my fur babies time and time again! He doesn't miss anything! Very down to earth and communicates all info in a manner easy to understand.
