They go out of their way to help! My husband wanted to very specific pen as a gift. I tried going to the "Big Box" office supply stores first and none of them had it. So I decided to try Cooke Stationery. The staff were so helpful. They had the pen on display in their case, but they did not stock it. They ordered the pen for me, got it engraved for free and even helped with "Keeping the Secret" so my husband won't know I had purchased it by calling to let me know it was in at a specific time so my husband wouldn't be the one... read more

You can miss this little place too if you are not sure where it is. Call them first and they will help you navigate the one way streets to their building.
