Yes, they talk to me, ask me what I want, tell me when they are coming, ask if I will be there. They provided a detailed contract, and made adjustments as I wanted.They did the permitting.They lay protective tarps and cleanup after themselves.And they passed Bldg Dept Inspection.
December 5th had the company out to get an estimate to remodel two bathrooms. Called to get information as to when the quote would be ready mid January. Was advised that they would put a rush on it. January ends today. Two months and not a peep. Company lost approximately 20k for ignoring us. Good luck to all. Update: this review pissed them off. They contacted my wife with an astronomical number of 76k. Not even a formal estimate. WOW
