Since 2001 I have delivered primary care, outpatient medicine to the Rutland area. I attempt as far as possible to look at patient care from a multiple-functional standpoint while at the same time making it as convenient as I can for the patient. I have won two community awards for outstanding service to the Rutland area.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Cook offered excellent advice including non-medication alternatives to addressing the issue.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
