We used the two-week respite care program for a family member, and the experience was great. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a large outdoor pavilion, walking paths, and gardens that provide a beautiful and safe way to enjoy nature. The staff were caring and attentive, and the meals were genuinely very good. It gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such a supportive and welcoming environment.
My experience has been that staff has gone above and beyond in helping us move my father into their facility. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of the residents. My father loves it there and we love them!!
’ve been really impressed with Pam and Bryce. As the managers here they are always attentive, responsive, and caring. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff. Communication is excellent, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone here. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality care!
Posted a review on my old account that I deleted, so I figured I better come back and share. I have had great experiences at Centralia Point Assisted Living. We moved my Nana in last year and this had been the best decision we could’ve made for her. No, no place is perfect but the staff they have has been wonderful to my Nana. The med techs are amazing, even doing something as small as bringing her favorite snacks from the snack cart. They help keep her room tidy & call us with concerns they have.
