I had both my parents (until losing one), and then just my father here for three years. I have seen a lot of change. And in the past few months it has been terribly negative. I believe it is due to the failed leadership of the Executive Director as well as inadequate oversight of that failed Director from their corporate leadership. From abusive staff to denial of medical treatment this place has it all . My mother almost died there. They lied to us and the head of the Care team not only swore at me but threatened to get " really unprofessional" with my 88 year old mother. I wouldn't recommend them for an animal much less your loved ones
Our six week journey that brought us to Centralia Point was a challenging one to say the least. But once connected with Pam then getting our mother settled in, everything has been amazing. The attention, compassion, and comfort we’ve experienced has been a contributing factor to our mother adjusting to her new surroundings quickly. Mom is safe, happy, and well taken care of.
