We had to relocate to California for work 4 years ago. Ms Cook was our realtor and helped us find a tenant. The property became vacant this year, we reached out to Ms Cook again. She mentioned her Property management company, we signed up. Now we never have to worry about finding tenants or collecting rent. Its been 8 months now, best decision I've made
Ms. Cook & her team was very professional. She assisted us with the move out of our current tenant. She aided with the renovation of our townhouse, advertised our home on the internet and found us an excellent tenant paying more than we would have if we did it ourself.
After a rather bad experience with managing my own rental, I turned Naïka. She quickly found me a new tenant and then she rented the unit out for a $250/mo increase demonstrating her ability to assess the market. I trust her to handle my property, and look forward to a long-term relationship as the property manager for townhouse
