Absolute professional and recommended avoiding surgery, which I feel can be rare for surgeons! The appointment did not feel rushed and I was surprised at how much time Dr Cook spent answering our many questions and using evidence-based information for his explanations. His expertise is clear & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Dr Raymond Cook saved my sanity too! I was in so much pain and my local Dr's sending me away with panadol for weeks . Dr Cook saw me straight away and straight onto the problem. His staff Christi and Zeffy are very professional, friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
