This appraisal company came to my house for an appraisal. They never called nor spoke to me. In the report the information was significantly inaccurate. They listed no improvements in the last 15 years when I had lived in the house for 10 years and invested over $50,000 in the roof, deck, heating system etc. I was very disappointed in the professionalism and ability of this company and I did not have a choice in the matter.
