I was in urgent need of service. I got ahold of Jeremy and he assured me I would see someone as soon as possible. Manny was out the very next day to solve all of my issues. Great company to work with. Communication is their strong suit

Very professional, ethical business. They recently completed a bathroom for me and everything from quoting, to the actual work and communication was very personal and professional. They stand by their work and I hope more businesses do the same. Will use them for future needs.
I had Keith from Cook Plumbing come to my house, in Johnston, in February and had him install four new faucets and six new shut-off valves. He saved me quite a bit of money, compared to another company, and was very professional and helpful. Since he did a great job, I had Keith come to my daughter's house in Ankeny today to fix the hot water in the kitchen sink that hadn't work for years and no running water in a shower, in a basement, that hadn't worked for 4 years.
