Deceitful practices; Grossly overpriced; Very rude staff starting at the top with Deanna Cook; Follow-up post-surgery almost non-existent, Totally unnecessary work performed because "they like to do it"; Paperwork prepared with the intent to deceive. Dr. Cook is beyond professionally exceptional and personally caring. Having done her residency at San Antonio (Number One residency in America) her ability ranks head and shoulders above the norm. No surprise that her assistant, Cerrissa, is also exceptional in both skill and individual patient needs.
