I love their milkshakes. Usually only thing I get. My favorite is egg nog shake and you can only get out the WHOLE YEAR.
I’m new to the area, but this was one of the worst Cook Out experiences I’ve had. I’ve been to many across NC and usually enjoy them. When I pulled up to the window, an employee asked me to repeat my order, and while I was speaking he shut the window in my face and started talking to a coworker. After the employee gave me my order, I said “thank you”, but the employee didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything even though it wasn’t busy. My hushpuppies were good and hot! The rest of my food was hot once upon a time before whatever caused us to wait in a crowded drive-thru for 20 minutes!
Even though the website says they open at 10:30a no one was answering at the drive thru at 10:45a.
