Bad service and attitude from the worker, and messed up my drink and sides of my tray after I had to repeat it twice. I could understand if I had a complicated order, but it was two simple trays and at 6pm with no rush.
My husband and I love the milkshakes but the people who work here could be friendlier.
The service during my visit was disappointing. The drive‑thru intercom lagged significantly (both ways, definitely needs to be upgraded), so we switched to ordering at the walk‑in window. Even then, the cashier struggled to take the order correctly despite it being repeated. Unfortunately, our order still came out wrong: one milkshake was incorrect, and two of the three hamburgers were served plain even though they were ordered “with everything.” I also felt the value wasn’t great.
