Drive thru and walk up only but very fast and friendly and great food!

I just went to this place and they left half my food out of the bag and when I try to call the restaurant all I get is an answering machine. After spending almost 50 dollars
We had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this location over the one on Brookhaven. Our order was correct, the restaurant was clean and customer service was definitely on point. I would travel that 20 - 25 minutes verses the 10 minutes to go on Brookhaven
My 1st time here I moved here and stopped by to grab a bite. Ordered the Cajun Chick Sand.it was cold and Chick patty was old I could tell it's been sitting for awhile. Will give it one more chance maybe bad day, customer service was great.

WORST. COOKOUT. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I normally go to the Cookout on Brookhaven which is wonderful but I was on this side of town and decided to go to this one. I ordered a 2 Cheese Quesadilla tray and a Snickers shake. The quesadilla tray only came with one quesadilla and it wasn’t even cheese, it was chicken and I don’t eat meat. I waited in the drive thru for at least thirty minutes and by the time I received my food it was cold. I will never go back to this place again.
The entire location is so poorly designed that if you stop to eat here, other than using drive through, you'll be stuck waiting in the drive through line anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes awaiting your turn to use the only exit just to leave. Secondly, I ordered a "big double" burger, thinking that since it costs significantly more than the "regular", that it should at least be bigger than a regular.
