I took my kid's here just yesterday (8/10/26). We've eaten at this location before and I was unimpressed with how service, portion size and food quality have diminished the last few visits. Yesterday was the most horrible experience with food quality I've ever come across in any food establishment. I ordered a char grilled chicken sandwich, as soon as I took a bite I spit it right out. Food is great as always, but I had a terrible experience with the young man who was taking my order through the drive thru speaker on 8-9-26. I understand kids will be kids, but his attitude was bad enough for me to write a review about it. He was condescending, rude, and super passive aggressive about a milkshake. Cookout you have to train your young employees better.
