Foods a lot better than McDonald's or burger king for the price plus a better larger choice.
The staff forgot one of our meals. The cashier said that we must not have ordered it. When showed the receipt she places the order. They told us twice that it would be out shortly. We ended up leaving. Seems like they messed up quite a few orders while we were in there.
This is the worst Cook Out I have ever been to. The BBQ was horrible. Went thru the drive thru and the sandwiches were incorrect, went through a 2nd time and the sandwiches were even worse. Unfortunately 4 sandwiches were thrown away.
