Excellent service and of the spicy chicken was actually spicy Cook Out would be a solid 5. Either make it spicy or stop calling it spicy. Other than that everything is great. Milkshakes are awesome!

The service was fine… I picked the outer line and was passed by many cars originally behind me so it took about 8min? The gal was nice enough though. I got a BBQ sandwich with seasoned fries and hamburger quesadilla. The fries were good but then I snagged a couple that tasted like chemical/dirty floor so I had to spit them out and give up on the rest. The quesadilla was burned but I was hungry and ate it anyway.
