The milk shakes are amazing.
Drive through/walk up only. Meet was dry and lacked flavor.
Good food, friendly staff but don't park on the wrong side of the drive thru lane, you'll never get out!
Our first time eating at Cook Out. It lived up to the hype. Had the BBQ sandwich. Different than Midwest sauce, but very delicious.
Love the milkshakes at the Asheboro site. The new Randleman site though, the milkshakes DO NOT taste the same. The texture of the ice cream is so different, more like the fake kind of ice cream made in those machines at McDonald's. The kind that just uses powder to make the ice cream. Also at the Randleman Cookout the milkshakes are almost too sweet. The one and only time I got a milkshake there, it was so sweet that I couldn't eat more than half of it before throwing it away
