The dude with the neck tattoos and cool hair has been the nicest cookout employee I’ve ever met. Best Cajun wraps and bbq!
Cashier was rude and condescending. Food is good, but service sucks.
Only thing that was good about this location is the cleanliness of the lobby. The food was mid. I asked for a Big Burger Tray cheddar style .. only to get a burger with no cheddar, no mayo. My onion rings.. cold. THEN ordered a bacon wrapped chicken wrap with NO bacon. Also, my fries were burnt to a crisp and when I asked for edible fries I was met with attitude smh. If I ask for specifics, I expect to receive what I ask for just like Cookout expects to receive my hard earned money.
