Normally when I go to a cookout it’s like “Yo what can I get you… okay pull up to window” this time was different. I went to cookout and was expecting that same attitude. But the staff here was so nice and friendly. I’m even more surprised because it looked to be a few younger kids maybe 19-20. Another plus my food came out reedy as soon as I got to the window. This was an awesome experience.
Watermelon shakes need to be more than 2 months a year!!!
Food is garbage didn’t get any sauce burger looks like it’s been stepped on. Was giving sweet tea instead of unsweet tea and I’m diabetic no napkins and rush through the line like there was some kind of weight when there was nobody in line. Customer service is nonexistent at 7 o’clock. Have to leave a message and hope somebody calls you back again. This place is garbage.
