The one star is because I can't through to anyone after you guys messed up my order. Already home and do not want to go wait in a long line AGAIN. Mistakes happen but the fact I can't get though to anyone is absurd. What kind of customer service do you practice?? All I wanted was a voucher for a future date maybe some acknowledgement, since I did pay for things and didn't get them. So someone reach out to me for my refund
