Tim, the manager, definitely needs proper training on food service as well as customer service. Thank goodness I am in a good mood today and didn’t take his rage bait. I went to the window and made it very clear that I needed 3 meals. He rung everything up a la cart and ended up having to ring it up again as trays. I was ok with that, no problem.
