Really rude. I literally tried to call them and they immediately hung up on me. I couldn’t even get three words out. Terrible customer service and their food is so soggy or burnt every time I go anyway
We was at the drive thru after a long flight from Tennessee. Food was fresh and good.
This is my second time at a cook out both times things have been missing. last time they mixed up the order and gave me the wrong sides and this time they gave me no sauce after I asked 3 times for it. they always seem to be in a rush even when there is no line and they treat there customers that way too.
