Great customer service. Pretty fast getting my family their meals!
I've always enjoyed this Cookout, but today the service was slow and impolite. I used the drive thru. It's hard to hear the person on the speaker, which is an equipment issue. When I got to the window the only thing the person working said to me was my total. I asked for sauce, which she got for me. Every time she handed me an item (drink, bag, sauce), she turned her head all the way away, which is hard to describe but just awkward. Stopped here on our way through town and was overly impressed. We were greater by a man we assume is the manager, who chatted with us and asked us about our day. We have been driving for 8 hours and have another 6 to go and it just brightened up our trip. Food was great. Atmosphere was clean and simple, out of the way of the loud road and busyness.
