It's great when the clueless percentage of the kids aren't congregating in the path of the incoming cars, blocking traffic or having to watch some attempt by some of the same kids instigating trouble with a father bringing their family to get food.. the blatant tearing up of the property parking on the what used to be grass till they destroyed the property and then leaving massive amount of trash all over could stop too. Sorry to say but out of those two Ladies you can't make one... Real slow and won't put attention to what it's ordered.
Food is fine. There is just one employee who seemingly does not know how to work around customers. Ignored me at the microphone for a solid 3 minutes today. Went to the window because of this and told her I needed to place an order because nobody would talk to me. She then rolled her eyes and facepalmed and sighed as loud as she could, every time I place an order with her I have to repeat everything I say over and over again and she STILL doesn’t get it right. Do better ! there’s one individual who you consistently have to brake your order down step by step to because she literally can’t comprehend how to do her job
We ordered a huge sweat sweet tea with no ice. My husband emphasized the word no When he ordered. When we got to the window, he paid and got the tea. You could hear the ice sloshing in the cup. I said something about it. She said I heard light ice. I looked at her and said really light ice and no ice? She slammed the window. I think it was a drink that had been prefilled and she used it instead of filling our order correctly.
