While I respect it was busy at the drive thru, when I came inside the staff made eye contact, didn't ever greet me or ask if they could help. When they called my order number (3129) I pointed out it was incomplete. Rather than apologize, she shrugged it said it's not ready, slow walked it, and rudely handed me the shake sideways. Rude.
If I could give 0 Stars I would This was our very first time trying cookout We ordered regular bacon and cheeseburger only 2 jr trays and a Big double burger I think the call it nothing complicated we waited in line 15 minutes with our 2 children they call our number hand 1 order the burger was so small burnt had everything in it we asked not to be on it so I take it up and say excuse me this was supposed to be cheese and bacon only and is this the size of the burger it’s now opened at the register she walks behind the wall ... read more
