Alexis at the Cook Out in Pooler was absolutely amazing! We came close to midnight during a really busy rush and she was still so patient, personable, and kind throughout the entire interaction. Even with the high traffic crowd, she maintained such a positive attitude and great customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and creating a good experience. Just wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves because great energy like that late at night does not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Alexis!
Going thru the drive thru at night is rushed, they don’t listen, and they mess up ur order.
Took 30 minutes to even get to the speaker, the girl over the speaker was rude, never told us the price and when we got to the window she was eating and took forever to do anything, not to mention my fries were hard as hell and damn near cold, not satisfied at all
