We came here a couple weeks ago for 3 shakes. We didn’t try them until we got home and they tasted like spoiled milk so I went back and got a refund. fast forward to today we gave them another shot assuming the first time was a fluke. AGAIN the shakes taste like expired milk. Not as bad as last time but it taste like the milk is days past expiration. I don’t even feel like going back for a refund this time- we will just never come back.
This place is horrible. Rude staff- there was a manager taking orders tonight and he was rushing and cutting us off when ordering. The girl in the window (Tyjhai) gave us our order and slammed the window shut without a word spoken. When we looked in the bag we were missing items from our order. We went to let her know and she leaned on her arm in the window and looked away as if she didn’t want to see us or acknowledge. OK, whoever was taking orders around 5:40 PM today for the drive-through on the left, which is the passenger side drive-through was very rude very unprofessional and honestly doesn’t have Customer Service skills. It sounded like a masculine girl, and she or he kept interrupting me while I was giving my order. Not the person who was taking the money at the window (lighter skin complexion girl), the person who took the order and the person who gave out the were two different people. The one who took the order was the issue.
