bro... you gotta be joking. i got home and opened the box to find "5" uncooked cheese curds. this location is usually good but this is unacceptable dude also. the sweet tea is disgusting. every time.
Always a late night vibe. Never a bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this Cook Out yesterday. I pulled up to the ordering speaker and began placing my order. I said I wanted a barbecue tray. When asked for my sides, I replied that I wanted both sides to be bacon wraps. The employee repeatedly interrupted me, asking the same questions over and over. Each time I answered, she cut me off before I could finish. Eventually she became impatient and said, “Hold up, hold up. Its the shakes. Burgers and other stuff, nothing special from other burgers joints. But the milkshakes.. thats it. We are a family of 5 and we all got different shakes and not one of them were bad. We passed them around and enjoyed all 5. But the atmosphere and the service, again. Fast food.
