The staff will ignore you at the walk up window and the regular customers in the parking lot date their sisters
They ran out of tomatoes earlier in the day so I didn't buy a handburger combo. I went back later though to buy a milkshake that was really good. I don't have this chain in my area so I was disappointed I couldn't have the full experience.
Whoever is working the drive thru window, on 7/4 at 6:53 pm has absolutely no customer service skills and should pursue other work
Went through the drive thru and it was decent.
They never get my food wrong. Never miss an item. It's pretty darn impressive, and my food is always good and as expected. I only did 4 stars for atmosphere because it's kinda weird that there's a lot of teenagers with lifted trucks there all the time. Their parking lot isn't big enough for it, but by the same note, at least these kids are safe and sober hanging at the cookout instead of partying and getting into trouble.
