The customer service was very unprofessional and, to be honest, very unwelcoming. There was no “thank you” or “have a good night”—just complete silence from the drive-thru worker. The guy taking my order was also yelling. After I asked if he got my item, I then asked him to repeat my order, and he didn’t say a word. 8-15 1am. I have been to several Cook Out locations, and this one by far had the worst customer service.
That was absolutely the fastest service we have ever received topped off with excellent food.
Messed up our order 2 times. The food is great! But they gave me fries and cheese curds when I ordered cheese fries, no big deal I just asked for it to be fixed and it was. Then when we got home the 3 peace chicken my girlfriend ordered wasnt even in the bag. Just fries.
First time here. Was very good and a great value for the tray and a shake.
