Terrible customer service sat outside for over an hour and a 1/2. After they locked the doors. Refused to take our order. Made eye contact with them multiple times Just for them to ignore us.And to not even have the decency to come to the window and open it to tell us they won't take our order and all I simply wanted to do was order food
One of the worst experiences ever sat outside for over an hour and a half waiting to eat made eye contact with multiple different workers. Spoke to a worker told me they were gonna take my order. Never came to take my order never purchased food. Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER .

Absolutely horrible costumer service I was waiting outside of the walk in drive thru for over a hour even after SEVERAL different employees made direct eye contact with me and still refused and worst part I never even ending up getting food after waiting that hour nor did someone take my order
Cook out never disappoints. Best value for the money. Their "tray" for less than $7.50 is by far deal of any fast food place. Food is always hot and good. Since last review, I visited 9/2026 and was disappointed. Restaurant area was unkept with trash and crumbs everywhere, I ordered the bbq sandwich tray and asked for the sandwich to be cut in half, told they couldn't do that.
