Visited today to order a nugget tray and cook out style dog without slaw in the drive thru. Hot dog was overcooked so I went inside to request a recook. I was told 8 minutes for a recook and I agreed to wait. I returned inside for my remade hot dog. I asked about being given another hot dog since I had to wait. The young man relayed my message to a female employee and returned to me with french fries. He told me that he was only able to offer me fries which by the way I cannot have. would not recommend this Cook Out location. I witnessed an employee drop a banana on the floor, then another employee picked it up and put it into the cup being used for my banana pudding milkshake. I was disgusted. When I spoke to the manager, she was nonchalant and unapologetic. I also filed a complaint with Cook Out and still have not received a response. Food safety should be taken seriously, and based on what I witnessed, I will not be returning.
