Had friends order me a chocolate chip cheesecake milkshake and was given a banana cheesecake milkshake instead. Friends went back and cookout was closed & refused service. Money & food wasted.
Management was terrible. Claims that the inside closes at 9pm but refused to let us indoors at 8:50. When prompted to go through the drive through they told us we were limited to one order per car but this wouldn’t have been an issue if they let us indoors at the time they were supposed to
The last few times I've gone my burgers were still pink and I didn't notice until I got home. I did get one of my meals replaced, but the replacement was pink too and the patties were the size and shape of a McDonald's hash brown. Needless to say I will not be back. Positive note the customer service was exceptional.
