Last 2 times has been really awful customer service.
I haven't had cookout in a long while seen the sign on the way to my hotel. From the time I walked in Amanda was friendly got my order in a timley matter The gentleman (didn't catch his name)that handed me my food made sure i had everything to enjoy my chilli cheese fries and burger. Receipt 3/27/26 6:53pm. The staff on duty deserves recognition.
My favorite fast food burger spot. I have no complaints at all just good experience all around.
