Used to be a decent cookout, now the speakers never work and they sure don’t feel bothered to put a sign up or tell you to come around to a different window. Not sure what happened but I will not be frequenting CSRA cookouts moving forward.
To many things on the menu that's not available... crazy take the crap that's not for sale anymore. Easy no confusion.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after my experience tonight, I feel it’s necessary. I went through the drive-thru and waited at the second window for about 10 minutes. There were no signs, cones, or any indication that the drive-thru was not working. After receiving no response, I walked up to the window. The staff member inside seemed avoidant, and I had to knock just to get his attention. He told me there was signage stating the drive-thru wasn’t operating, but there was none.
