We were on a road trip and stopped at this Cookouts for our first time I asked for a double chocolate shake and it was mostly vanilla with maybe a sprinkle of chocolate. My son ordered a burger with some toppings and it was missing two toppings and one of them that we were even charged for. We asked for our drinks to have no ice and we had to have them remake them since they were full of ice and almost no soda. It was almost like the lady taking our order was not listening to us. It’s one thing to have a bad attitude when taking my order and another thing to mess it up on top of that. Do better.
Really great team here. One of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Food was hot and fresh!
