Our family of six stopped at this Cookout recently and the experience was honestly shocking. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, it felt like we were a huge inconvenience just for placing an order. We visit Cookout about once a month and have never experienced service like this. The employee didnt have a name tag to view, but she had a pretty Jamaican accent. We ordered six trays, which is pretty normal for a family.
