I don't understand what is happening at cookout? The issue isn't with the drive thru folks taking the order, the breakdown is in the back. Kylie was very nice and repeated the order back. I didn't feel rushed at all. There's nothing worse than being rushed to give your order, they keep stopping, then ask you to repeat. Take a breath! This was not the case with Kylie. Every time I've been to Cook Out it's been delicious 😋, their food is always fresh and cooked right to order, and the staff is always cool and friendly! I can't complain, however, sometimes I specify I want regular iced tea and often I get sweet tea, but that's the only issue there. 😅 #Food #Staff #Tea #Issue
This was our first time to visit Cook Out and we were super impressed with the atmosphere in the restaurant. They had good Contemporary Christian music playing and the food was delicious!! The slaw hotdogs are superb! We do not have Cook Out restaurants where we live in Texas so we will not be able to visit again unless we find another one on our travels. I highly recommend visiting a Cook Out restaurant for a great meal!
Food cold. Person taking order was not paying attention and we had to repeat ourselves several times until finally a manager came over
Great value meals and deals. Excellent food and service. Can't be the shakes. They are always delicious. Plus you can mix the flavors which take it to the next level. Always recommend to others.
