Leonard was a very good and patient salesman. Very professional and was able to answer all our questions.
We had purchased and serviced our Mazdas at another local dealer. This time we did both at Cook. The service department experience has been night and day. Cook has never tried to up sale us, and they have provided fast and friendly service each time. Our service advisor was extremely thorough and took the time to address any of our concerns. Elijah was an amazing sales men. Professional, caring, helpful, and just an overall great person. He made shopping for a mazda easy and as stressless as possible. He knows his cars very well and showed us everything the CX-90 had to offer. He gave us a great tutorial on the vehicle during the test drive and taught us some things we didnt even know mazda had in their vehicles. He was not pushy and he dedicated all of his time to us.
