******** run business. I have been an employee for a little over 8 months. Got basically fired for asking what happens if we get hurt? Do you have workmans comp? He sent me and the other maintenance man home. You cant fire people for asking legitimate questions. And you cant expect people to climb two story buildings on the roof to fix shingles if you dont offer insurance or workmans comp. Not to mention they illegally do HVAC work. Tyrone P**** is a scammer I sent him my money for a place and had a appointment to meet with him on Friday afternoon to receive my keys and when I got to the office he was not there and when I reached out to him he told me a different story and he blocked me on ******** messenger so don’t rent from him.
Tyrone Price (if that’s his real name) at house Match is a complete ********He placed a tenant in my rental property and began managing the home. He collected the rent but never sent it to me (I’m the landlord). He claimed he had cancer thinking I’d feel sorry for him. He stopped answering my calls after I found out the tenant paid him the rent. He’s playing a dangerous game. Stay away
Do not use *************************** as your property manager or your real estate agent. If I could give 0 stars I would. He is unprofessional, rude, lacks any empathy, understanding, or the ability to de-escalate an issue. No customer service skills whatsoever. I have been a tenant for 10 years, and he would rather lose me as a tenant than do his job. He will cost you your tenants with his mismanagement skills.

This man is a ******** paid 2 application fees for both tenants 170$ the next day day he stopped answering my phone calls. When I called from a different number the phone was answered but quickly hung up when found out it was me and stopped answering the phone again. Went to the location, stopped answering the door as well. Please be aware
Horrible people to rent from does not keep property upkeep and charges tenants for damages that are out of their control We are sorry about the charges that you have been charged. But as per your lease you are 100% responsible for the damages. Also it outlines the steps needed to have those charges removed which you have failed to do. So thank you for the 1 star review, but we will continue to do what’s right and follow the lease no matter how much you try to bully us.

This company sold us a house with a plumbing pipes issue on April 15 2022. The house plumbing pipe system for the second floor which affects 2 bathrooms plus the washer plumbing system was reported several times during the one-year warranty period. They came to fix the issue but only plunged the plumbing and never repaired what was causing the problem. Before the expiration of the warranty on April 15, 2023, they waited until the last minute to send the plumbers to work on the plumbing without repairing the problem. At this ... read more

Regarding the plumbing issue on the house sold on April 15, 2022. During the construction of the house, the plumbing is inspected and must pass per all building codes. Upon receiving the several claims made on behalf of the owner, the builder responded to each claim within a timely manner scheduling the plumber to make a visit.
