Everyone is nice, especially the lady that answers the phone, but I paid nearly $200 for roach control and I barely had any roaches because I had been baiting myself, keeping them under control. After the service, I stopped baiting, assuming the problem would be taken care of, but nope. Bam - less than a month and the problem has worsened so when I called to have them come back out, they wanted another $60.
