I do not recommend this firm. They perform bait & switch tactics, with their only focus to bill clients as many hours as possible, zero integrity. They probably have more lawsuits against their own clients, than on behalf of their clients. They billed me entirely on research, internal communications, "memo's", & not once filed anything with the courts. My experience: Bad communication. They will bill everything, even a simple email will be very pricey but i need to email more than one time to even get a response.
Customer service is bad. They don't even sound like they want the business.
Very disappointed. Customer service needs a complete overhaul
