This company is just as horrible as Alaska housing they say they well help you and get the interview started past application fee they never ever call you back for an apartment or anything..
Horrible place, can't even help you. I wanted to rent non restriction income place from them, they don't even know what I was asking because I applied for the low income housing. Wanted to move into no restriction place. I went to the office, the lady that I already live at one of their location. Long story short, unorganized people who act like helping you, when really there not. I had to go though 5 people to help me apply and still can't help me. All they said to the website. This place is different then Alaska housing front desk both ladies are sweet people..but the waiting list is horrible you must have a deposit and first months rent...sad thing is the interview they say anything to get you on waiting list for a long time and winter is coming God bless
