I am Alaskan native widower that came to hear for help because I am needing assistance with housing. I waited one whole month to get help from these people and just because somebody failed to give me a packet in which I needed $20 mind you I waited one whole month and just because I did not have $20 the counselor That was supposed to help me before refuse to help me it was only after I talked to her supervisor where they were going to help me I shouldn't have had took it that far.
Very friendly and helpful staff with a very clean and calm environment.
So, this $20 application fee/waiting list that I have been on since 2002 and still waiting. This process needs to stop immediately. Only collect $20 after you have been on waiting list and finally have been chosen for a property. Just before move in collect $20 not way in advance.
I worked for this company for awhile. Corruption, incompetence, and narcissism are the 3 words I would use to describe what I experienced from the leadership. My first supervisor was a drunk who retaliated against me for reporting sexual harassment and battery from another employee.
