Steve’s diagnostic was very informative; his professional manner in explanation and fielding additional questions was top-notch, never condescending and very knowledgable. He picked up on a couple of things that were previously missed (by another company, not by Cook) that would have otherwise dramatically increased the equipment I thought I needed to purchase. Excellent service.
There was a continuous leak in the crawlspace. The technicians arrived at the home within an hour of being called. They were able to replace a portion of the pipe while on-site. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and patient to describe the work that needed done. Response time and reasonable price were greatly appreciated.

Cook is probably the best when it comes to HVAC and plumbing. Had a pressure tank fail on Saturday and made an online appointment for Monday. By Monday afternoon, Hayden installed a new one! Thanks to Abbie and Brittany for their helpful phone calls!
