I’m always thrilled with the service and the technicians that come into my house whether it be for check ups or fixing something. They’re helpful. They give me really good information always. Today. Steve came by and he was wonderful as always. I am certainly glad I chose cooks to take care of my Hvac Systems in my home.
Cook home services always do a great job with any project they are working on. Very kind and knowledgeable staff that are so easy to work with.
We had a brand new water softener and a tankless water heater installed with Cook Home Services. The installers (Steve and Hayden) did a great job getting the job complete. The water softener is very noticeably better than the old one and the nonstop hot water from the tankless water heater is top notch.
We are always happy to have Cook’s come do our maintenance checks, their entire team is great! Steve is always thorough and caring when he does our plumbing inspection. He always takes the time to explain anything he finds, offers honest and insightful suggestions, and goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need before he is done! Lifelong customers here with no plans for that to change!
