Very disappointed with the last interaction I had with this business. Called to see about the two year manufacture on the lenses I bought. They have began to delaminate, was told to go to where I bought them to get them warrantied. The rude customer service representative shut me down as soon as she saw I didn’t buy the extra warranty that is offered just through them. Not the manufacture. Very disappointed that I went through Cook & Hayden, I knew I should stopped when I saw the inflated prices on frames.

The staff are such a great help. They are very knowledgeable about the types of frames and which ones will help you look and feel the best.
Outstanding care. Dr. hayden treats you just like family. Very prompt and comlplete exam. Ease of setting up appointment. I would not go anywhere else for my vision care and needs. Have been going there for several years now.
They have hours that are more available to me. They are very close to my home which makes it super convenient in case of any emergencies. They are also able to get me in and work around my schedule.
Their knowledge of their products is great. They really know their stuff.
