Dr Cook has helped me with shoulder and wrist pain. I have seen Dr.Cook for lower back pain as well. He is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. He is also very personable. I would recommend Dr Cook to anyone of any age. He is a genuine blessing to those who have pain.
I cannot thank Dr. Cook enough. I was going down a long and expensive road for my neck and back pain. I was seeing a pain management specialist and it did not give me an ounce of relief.
