The doctor and nurse were very pleasant.
Dr Koch is always professional, ready to take care of my Dental needs. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Koch for almost 20 years. Any time I have had a need to see him Mylette has worked it out for me to do so. Most recently I experienced an issue and was able to be seen almost immediately. When it turned out that a root canal was necessary, he was able to do it while I was there so I did not have to think about having to wait and come back later.
Dr. Koch and all of the employees I encounter every time I have an appointment are so kind. I especially appreciated the call I got saying that the team was running a bit late, and that if I had errands to do them...VERY, VERY THOUGHTFUL!!!

Dr. Koch and his staff offer the best dental care that I have ever encountered in my 70 years on this earth. Every member of his office including Dr. Koch are extremely well qualified offering the latest cutting edge dental techniques and doing so while going out of their way to be courteous and extremely helpful on making appointments and keeping themselves available to patients 24/7 should you have an emergency. I suffer from high anxiety regarding dentists. So much so that I would only go when the pain got excruciating. Dr. Koch & his staff are so understanding, caring & will go the extra 10 miles for their patients. If you're super scared, THIS is where you should go!
