Arrived at Cook engine this Monday morning to pick a part they had set aside for me. Upon arrival while standing at the parts counter I can hear a man in his office chastising one of his employees over something he was not happy about. First impression was I thought that was rude to be done with the door open for all to hear. Next they brought me my parts which I paid for with a credit card.
