Vet explained everything so throughly to me and the staff was very friendly! My cat exploded the room and they made sure they made him feel safe
Took my girl in for a routine visit and everyone was so nice. I was able to get an appointment quickly and you can schedule online. The place is very clean and you can tell Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable about reptiles. Would definitely recommend them to any pet/reptile owner.
Dr. Kieth is the most heartless vet i have ever known in 57 yrs. He let my english bulldog suffer from allergies by not refilling her pills. He said he needs to see her in 6 months for blood work then changed it to 3 months at the last minute. Then canceled my appointment the day before so he could go on vacation ( he did that often). I cried telling him plz give her a few days of pills until i can see him. He said he would then never did.The lady that answers phones is so rude and lied about a matter. I coukd go on an on.
