They don't issue birth certificates here. The officer stopped me at the gate and told me to either go to Skokie or Maywood. I went to Maywood and got a birth certificate.

Horrible service, tried finding out information on being able to get my birth certificate in person. I called the customer service option 5 times, which it gives you as option 8 during the prerecorded answer machine. Every single time it hung up after the 4th ring. UPDATE!! : was able to find out through other statistics companies that this building is no longer in service, try calling the Skokie office, they were able to help me .
