The dental service here is so bad I’ve been calling for over a month and all I get is a voicemail saying to leave a phone number and a reason for the call. They never call back. I’ve gone in person and no one is ever at the front desk the other lady in the office tells me to just write a slip and I’ve been doing that over two weeks and still no call back for an appointment what is going on?

1. In January I visited dr Forte who's good. I have a list of my symptoms to a receptionist and she gave it to an M.A. but my Dr. said she couldn't receive it. I reported it to find out the reason why, but so far for 5 nonths I heard nothing! 2. On May 11th, I mailed a form to my Dr to sign it and fax it to a place. It could be delivered the next day because I delivered it from a post office near 4miles from the clinic in Arlington Heights. I had a very negative experience with this clinic. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet no one informed me in advance that I was expected to come earlier. When I checked in and clearly stated that I had an appointment, I was told to stand in line instead of being properly assisted. Because of this disorganization and lack of basic respect for patients’ time, I ended up missing my appointment.
