As an interior designer, I know how essential it is to have a builder who is both communicative and deeply committed to quality. Cook Construction was exactly that partner throughout our recent full home remodel in San Francisco. Their team was proactive, collaborative, and unwavering in their craftsmanship. From the smallest details to the largest milestones, they consistently went the extra mile. It was a true pleasure working together, and I hope to have the opportunity to collaborate on another project again soon!
This construction firm consistently double-parks their pickup trucks on our beloved slow Sanchez street — a space meant for walking, biking, rolling, etc. They show no respect to the neighborhood and put our safety at risk (there is a daycare and a busy coffeeshop on this block). If this is how they operate, it’s unacceptable.
Greg Cook Construction has been instrumental in Decorator Showcase. Not only has Greg been an incredible advisor to the project, his team has done excellent work on the common areas and the 4-5 rooms they work on w/ Designers. He's a joy to partner with and does absolutely beautiful work. I trust his advice and any subs he brings in, and recommend him to anyone looking for a quality contractor!
Cook Construction handled our extensive water damage repairs in our home. I appreciated a site manager on our property whenever work was being done. They also stood out as an organized contractor with Friday notes summarizing the work of the week and the proposed work for the following week.
