I am extremely blessed & thrilled to have found Cook Chrysler!!! I have had many dealings with auto/truck dealers, they were the ONLY one who actually were honest, strait shooters who DO care about dealing honestly and the customer! I can not recommend anyone who would do better by their customers!!!!!! Praise GOD & Amen!
I would give the service dept a ZERO if they had a spot for one! They are thieves, nothing like spending 1,956.00 on a brake assit sensor and leaving and thinking it was fixed ,I took my 2021 jeep Laredo X back ,after about a week,they concluded there was nothing that can be done,but was told I could take it to another shop to get it checked out,when I asked about getting my money back,I was told no.
