If I could rate my experience 0/5 stars, I would. I arrived to this location at 9:30pm with my 18 month old who had thrown up 4 times in the last hour. My daughter was lethargic and not responding to her name. I called and they suggested I bring her in. My daughter proceeded to throw up again during the check in process, and again while being looked at by the nurses before the doctor came in. Everything was fine up until the Dr showed up. Dr. Steven Leung was the rudest, most cynical, and dismissive doctor I have ever met in... read more

On June 1st, we brought our 19-month-old in around 9:00 PM due to a high fever and vomiting. Psychological services were horrible. Thank you for siding with the woman actively traumatizing me because she was paying you. You are the worst kind of person.

Overall, great experience! We had scheduled an appointment online for a same day visit on a Saturday morning. After checking in, we were only waiting maybe 5 minutes before getting called back. Our nurse, Eva, was very sweet and professional. Our nurse practitioner, Usha, was amazing! She was so sweet with our baby and explained everything thoroughly yet easy to understand. Will be coming here next time we need an urgent care visit. Highly recommend!

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of safety and hygiene at Cook Children’s Hospital. During our recent visit, there was visible dirt and debris on the floor that had clearly been ignored by staff. Tragically, my son slipped and fell on this unclean area, resulting in an injury. Only after he fell did the hospital staff rush over to clean the mess. This shows clear negligence—if the area had been cleaned in the first place, my son wouldn’t have been hurt. The fact that they responded quickly after the fall proves they we... read more
