From the front desk associate to the nurses and doctor everyone here was so fantastic. My son is terrified of the doctor and for the first time I felt like this staff was so understanding and made us both feel comfortable, plus we did not wait long at all. If your child is sick I would definitely take them here.
I am leaving a review as I am in the room. We have been waiting in this room for two hours now. Mind you, we made an appointment the night prior. The check in was quick, and they got us into a room. But again, we’ve been in this room now for two hours and counting. It’s not packed. This is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment? We have come to this urgent care for six years now, and had to go to the alliance location Recently. There is a night and day difference with staff. The front desk at Southlake location is amazing. And we’ve never had a Miscommunication and we’ve always had compassion in Southlake. Thank you for always taking care of our kids. We will be Life long patience at this urgent care when needed
