Since when do medical professionals run a strep test that comes back inconclusive and then run the same swab again? Pretty sure that's covered in basic training... Guess they didnt realize I'm in the medical field too.... a strep swab is good for one go, and once its been mixed, it cannot be reused. Running it a second time alters the chemical ratios, dilutes the sample, and virtually guarantees a false negative. Very helpful people and nice facility. On a Sunday afternoon our daughter was seen within 10 minutes and her ear infection diagnosis was taken care of. Friendly staff. I appreciated that we were seen quickly by a physician. In contrast to other reviews I would say it was clean and professionally run and we would come here again.
Such sweet doctors nurses PAs and staff here. Highly recommend!!!
