The receptionist on the phone when I called in today was so rude. I asked her the difference between the urgent care and emergency room. She seemed annoyed and then when I said thank you she hung up on me.
I know some have written negatively about this clinic. However, I’ve had good experiences. Our child has been effectively and well treated. Specifically, they ran a whole bunch of tests so we could narrow down what was going on. I typically go to the main Cook’s children campus but this one has been great too. The front desk staff were not as nice so maybe that’s what contributes to the negatives perceptions? Anyway, thanks cook’s!
