My son had to be seen in urgently , and it was almost past the last appointment, their closing time , and they kindly accepted my request we got seen , had the prescription send across and we were out within 30 min. I am extremely thankful to the front office staff and the nurse practitioner who saw us, patiently heard all the questions and provided solutions for each of it. Thank you so much 🙏. I would like to sincerely thank the two nurses and the doctor who worked last night. My daughter was having serious breathing difficulties, and they did everything possible to help her breathe better. Their care, professionalism, and calm attitude meant so much to us during a very stressful night. You could truly feel that they cared. During the snowstorm, our daughter needed to be seen urgently. Every place I called was either closed or didn’t answer—except Cook Children’s Urgent Care. They were open and got us in right away. From the nurses to the NP, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate. They took great care of our daughter, made sure she was thoroughly checked, and had us in and out efficiently without ever making us feel rushed. My daughter was seen here today. She is special needs and we have been to many urgent cares in her 12 years and this urgent care was one of the best. The process was quick and truly set up for children but most importantly everyone was so kind and the Dr went out of his way to help with my daughter’s specialist referrals. I hope the nurses and dr get to see this and hear that their kindness did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
It was our first time here and everyone was friendly, they listen to our concerns and got us taken care of in no time
