This review is for Dana Blair. I never had any bad experience with cook’s prosper urgent care except this one. She didn’t correctly diagnose my son. He was suffering with Strep and instead she said it was stomach virus. She never took strep test and she was not even able to recognize redness in throat which is a basic check. For 4 days my son was suffering with high fever and on the 5th day we had to go again where he was tested positive for strep. My poor baby lost weight and had rashes all over body. What use is an apt time - if you have to wait for 1.5 hrs and still not be seen by a doctor - this will be our last visit . They are under-staffed /poorly managed or both - Apr time @ 5:20 - 7:23 pm we are heading out
0 stars. Their billing department has hung up on me 5 times now, they are so unwilling to help in anything. They are not providing any free services so I don't understand their attitude, never met such rude hospital staff.
Terrible experience - disorganized! I do not understand the purpose of appointments if you will need to wait over an hour to be seen! Do not waste your time ! PM urgent care is much faster and organized with appropriate wait times.
