Avoid taking your child here as they lie about the services they can provide but still make sure to charge every penny they can. Dont worry about calling to discuss your Billing with anyone as they claim they cant and dont negotiate pricing. I have filed a complaint with Patient Relations and await a call to discuss.
We brought our young son here for a very sensitive medical issue involving his private area. The doctor prescribed treatment and gave us a cream to apply. As parents, we kept him home for two days to ensure he was properly cared for and monitored while healing. When we requested a doctor’s note, we were told they could only provide one day of documentation because the “doctor on call” hadn’t personally seen our son. I don't know why this place only has 3 stars. We have been here several times and the staff have always been awesome. The longest we have ever had to wait is maybe 10 minutes. Great place!
We love cooks because my special needs son gets all of his medical care there. However this was our first time trying this urgent care and I brought my five month old baby girl. Everyone was friendly enough. I was one of the very first appointments and there was only one other person in the waiting room. We waited for a while to see the provider and when he did come in, he was literally in there for less than a minute. We had an excellent experience at this urgent care last night. Our son had an urgent issue which had us seeking care at 7PM with no appointment. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we were seen almost immediately. Dr. Ying Morgan was in to see us and quickly made the correct diagnosis. She was kind and gentle with our son, and she was very thorough and professional in explaining things to us. She was able to perform a quick procedure that resolved the issue immediately.
