I always great experiences, good and fast service because I don’t have to wait in the clinic with the online check in. As soon as I get there they see me immediately. The doctors are knowledgeable they see hundreds of kids and see common symptoms often, they don’t mean to be dismissive but they know what they are talking about and they are humans as well. It’s a very busy time of the year for them and when it’s a virus there’s not much they can do.

I came to this facility because my baby boy (22 months) was complaining about his tummy (turns out it was trapped gas) getting there they already seemed annoyed and then after he got checked out by the doctor she sent us to cook children’s hospital because of a old bruise on his belly from falling on gravel referring to it as a possible blood disorder (he has a cousin 3 weeks younger than him and they love to play rough as little ones do) what we didn’t know was that she had reported us to CPS so during the 9 hours they kept... read more

I had a very bad experience at this urgent care. I brought my 2.5-year-old daughter on Saturday because she was vomiting. The doctor, Anna Alonzo, requested an ultrasound to determine the cause. Afterward, she told me my daughter had a lot of buildup in her stomach that needed to be cleared and prescribed Miralax. She wrote down the instructions and assured me to follow them, which I did.
