I had a very bad experience at this urgent care. I brought my 2.5-year-old daughter on Saturday because she was vomiting. The doctor, Anna Alonzo, requested an ultrasound to determine the cause. Afterward, she told me my daughter had a lot of buildup in her stomach that needed to be cleared and prescribed Miralax. She wrote down the instructions and assured me to follow them, which I did. Was able to make an appointment same day and was seen, diagnosed, and out the door in less than 30 mins. The care team listened to my concerns and were very gentle with my baby. Very impressed!
Always excellent care and fast. Everyone is always friendly from the front desk to the back. Providers are knowledgeable, and thorough. It is so nice to have a place close to home without having to drive to dallas for outstanding pediatric urgent care.
Had the best experience for an urgent care here. They were extremely understanding. They took us in without an appointment and were very polite. Front desk was friendly. The doctor we saw was amazing! She answered all my questions and reassured me on all my concerns. She took the time to explain everything regarding my concerns. Will definitely be coming back here!
