My daughter started showing signs of sickness on Friday And by Sunday morning, she was feeling bad enough to go to urgent care. I did not want to wait to see primary till Monday in case you needed an antibiotics soon. The doctor hardly did anything for her and did not even hardly check her out. What’s the point of an appointment when you don’t get triaged for over a hour after that appointment time?! Also, is it. It a thing to put sick children bc in a mask? My daughter needed an X-ray for a fall and we were sat in the waiting room for over a hour. A family came in with a very sick child who was coughing and gagging and walking all over the place. Quick, kind and the facility is very nice and kid friendly. Would definitely go back and it’s not even the closest urgent care to my house.
Everyone here was so kind! Dr. Krebel was awesome and really took the time to answer all our questions. Great experience!
