Always excellent care and fast. Everyone is always friendly from the front desk to the back. Providers are knowledgeable, and thorough. It is so nice to have a place close to home without having to drive to dallas for outstanding pediatric urgent care.
Had the best experience for an urgent care here. They were extremely understanding. They took us in without an appointment and were very polite. Front desk was friendly. The doctor we saw was amazing! She answered all my questions and reassured me on all my concerns. She took the time to explain everything regarding my concerns. Will definitely be coming back here!
These folks are awesome ! The front staff squeezed us in with no appointment! We were seen in about 10 minutes , and the doctor and back house staff took the time to explain everything in detail to us . Will definitely come back when needed . Thank yall
Worst place to take your child too!. They don’t seem to really give a damn about anything and just seem to wanna hurry up and get you in and out
I don't think this place should be considered "Urgent Care". We were in the area when our grandson got somethingin his eye. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if we had an appointment, which we did not. We were told he can't been seen without a "reservation ". I asked "isn't this an urgent care?" the front desk replied with "that's an ER". I told her, this isn't an EMERGENCY but needed to be looked at asap.
